We are a small artisan bakery specialising in authentic panettone baked over a 2-3 day period, respecting the traditional Italian methods using Levito madre (sourdough starter).

The Bakers Gemma and George have worked for a number of years in Local Artisan Bakeries in Hertfordshire baking Sourdough Loaves and Pastries. We are now on a mission of sharing the beauty of our 46 hour panettone with Hertfordshire.
